I had tried on my own for a year and a half when I decided to get help. I found Dominion Disability online. I received a call from Dr. Carletta who was kind and convinced she could help me get my disability. So I signed all the papers for her to be my third party advocate. She walked me through every step calmly and answered all my questions. We requested a hearing by a judge that was my last effort. I had exhausted all others on my own. Working with Dr. Carletta and her team, which was only 4 months, I had to get past doctor records and a letter from my current doctor. I was confident in her, and on a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. she texted me saying the judge approved me before the hearing. Days later I received all my back pay. Carletta and her team got my disability case after the advocate who started my case fell ill, and I was denied to the end. I was left with no choice but to give up or start the process all over again. Carletta did not let me give up, and we started the process all over again together, and she worked with me to the very end until my disability was approved. Carletta and her team have complete knowledge of how to properly fill out the paperwork and how to advise you on what next steps to take to help get an approval decision on the case. Like in my case, she advised me to write a letter to the Congressman of my state at the time to ask for help to get my case approved. Carletta and Mrs. Wilson are the two main people who I dealt with when starting my case over from the beginning…Carletta and her team are good and hardworking people who will fight to the end with you to win your case. If it wasn’t for them, I probably would have given up after being denied…I can’t thank them enough.
I just want to say that I was in a situation where I had my case with another attorney, and everything was moving extremely slow.
